The car was sold with a 140 point pre sale check- no details given of this being carried out , 3 month warrenty and 12 month mot.... only they didn’t bother doing the pre check , gave me no details of warrenty and gave me a mot certificate without testing it.

I know these things are true although of course they deny it.

Have the cheek to say the car is given an mot by an independant tester which it’s not .. It is tested by them, I don’t why they argue different.

I travelled 150 miles to buy car... they didn’t offer me a test drive ... but they wouldn’t of course as only 8 miles of fuel was left in tank.

I’m pleased with the car and paid abit more then it was worth but just very annoyed they cut corners and don’t do what they say giving you false customer care..

Told me my vehicle I part exchanged had over £1000 worth of faults when I knew 100% it did not as I had a full check the previous week. I was told they would not part exchange unless I pay the money.. So I agreed and signed the papers and took away my new car which I just couldn't get use to. A week had passed and I didn't feel happy so I called them to see if they could help me with a simple swap. Once I signed the papers they were not willing to help me in any way, only agreed to do another part exchange one week from receiving the car which would mean a lose of around £5,000 - complete joke

Was not given any details of 3 month warranty , 140 pre purchase check or detailed car valet.

Car was sold with only 8 mlles in tank - disgraceful, 1 washer jet didn’t work, 1 wiper needed replacing , tyres were under deflated , there was no offer of a test drive and WAS a full road test actually completed with only 8 miles in tank??

It turned out no detailed car valet was done , there was no treatment completed on bodywork or alloy wheels.

Despite having a mot and 140 point check by esp cars , brakes squealed and had a whining noise while driving - I suspect the MOT was not fully carried out and I know pre purchase check wasn’t.

I hope no one else buys a car from this garage - if tempted please go to another first.

This will be the second vehicle we have purchased from ESP Cars and again all the staff are fantastic and have looked after us. Praise to all the sales guys and all the team. We were looked after very well. The cars have been serviced there also and the team there do seem to know what they are doing. ESP seem to always have a good variety of cars in stock and lots of variety. The dealership is very spacious and the cars are well displayed. Thanks again guys and we will be back again as you probably know! We generally like the Range Rover range and would always see what ESP have in stock as they seem to have variety. Our previous Range Rover purchased was actually sold very quickly, again down to care and the manner in which it had been looked after, not just by ourselves but by the garage with servicing, etc. Thanks

upon arrival i received a warm welcome from and got down to business, after learning more about my dream car i was given a fair price for my old. sorted the payment method out within the hour and i left, rearing to come back for collection day. when collecting the vehicle i saw all my previous faults and qwerks were solved as it was flawless when leaving.

Gave them 1 star as that is the lowest possible result. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. They sell or should I say pressurise you into buying a car that isn't road worthy!!!! They give me a fresh MOT that wasn't even worth the paper it was writer on because it was completed by its own service centre. THE CAR WAS NOT ROADWORTHY!!!! Their own mechanics brag and boast that they don't check the vehicles properly and claim that they don't replace parts when they say they have. After reporting this shame of a company to trading standards I was finally taken seriously. They claim they know the law but say something totally different to that of the local TSO, I know which one I would believe, the one who has a consumers best interests in mind not profit.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE OR GARAGE YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
