I would like to thank the person I dealt with in Hamilton Road Glasgowfor all her assistance in solving this problem for me. I had been three months and several phone calls to DVLA only to be passed from department to department and told they had made a case and were looking into it. She was very patient and professional, I can’t thank her enough. Problem solved in one phone call!
