We had our car broken into, my husband hired a zip car then very annoyingly lost the key. He rang zipcar, even though he had paid £100 extra insurance that does not cover lost keys.It will cost us as many days as it takes them to get the new keys in extra car hire and cost of keys in excess of £300. They do not care, they just want as much money as possible. There was no customer service just an ever increasing demand for more money. Beware!
