Different rules for different pick up points. Can park in the ZipVan bay in one area but the the other.

Do not even consider informing the drivers and when they get hit with a PCN, they claim ignorance and refuse to help.

When you want to escalate the matter, they refuse to as the decision is final.

Do not use this company if you want to be smacked with bogus fines and damage waivers.
