I'm happy with the repair work done. The vehicle was collected as instructed but not returned as agreed when completed. I was abroad, so not contactable and therefore made arrangements beforehand. Seems the repair people were not aware of these notes and did not query it back with Solus when I did not answer their messages left on my phone. However, the vehicle was very promptly returned after speaking to them on my return without fuss and with an apology.
The side plastic trim was not put back on the repaired door and left inside the van.
Also my radio aerial was removed and left inside the cabin.
Not a massive problem to rectify but should perhaps not be left for the customer to do.
