As a company that prides itself on keeping in touch with the customer and keeping them informed of what is going on they fall very badly and do not try to get up. I had my car booked in for a service online and requested some additional work, the service was confirmed online with date and collection time window of 08:00 - 11:oo. They contacted me by phone the next day to confirm the additional work which I confirmed and was informed that the collection time would probably be about 09:00. Collection date and time came
and nothing!
Waited until 11:30, tried calling, Que on the phone line, tried later, same again, tried again got through, they did say sorry but they had a problem with the people who collect the cars would I like to arrange another day.

NO WAY
