I have not had a car for a few years so servicing was something I was going to use the dealer for, however after searching the Internet I thought this was worth a try. However in hindsight I wish I would have gone to the dealer. My issue is with the service itself, I did not receive the service sheet for what was checked and changed when the service was carried out. I did call back prestige who told me they will send it in the post.
To my surprise what I received in the post was a useless piece of paper stating that I had an engine flush and the side lights where not working.
All this is rather frustrating as I expected to gets sheet tht showed a complete tick/checklist of the points investigated for the service. I did see on the website that there is a list of what the services on offer contain but I am accustomed to receiving service sheets when servicing my motorcycle so I get a chance to see if what was done was actually done. I feel like I have no way of confirming if the work carried out was accurate. Comparing the prices going to the dealer was not that much different. I cannot express how disappointed I am at this service I have had. Being a positive person I will finish on this positive note, the car is not using a lot less fuel.
