After approximately 10 weeks waiting for my car to be repaired It was delivered back to me with paintwork that seriously didn't match, drivers door doesn't close properly and the badge on the front grille fell off the same day. They took it back and after another couple of weeks the paintwork now matches but we have discovered that a second hand bonnet was used!! Something was put back under the bonnet upside down, drivers door still doesn't close properly. I had no apologies and quite honestly so fed up with the whole experience I decided to leave it and not complain as It's not worth the headache. Just shocking workmanship and terrible, non existent customer service.

The General Manager was aware of the problems at the time, in fact it is a joke that they leave a card in your vehicle telling you who he is and yet allows a vehicle like mine out of the workshop looking the way it did! A relay switch was taken out and put back in upside down, during all the wet weather we had this filled with water, causing me more problems!!!!
As for using SECOND HAND parts.!!!!!... what a bunch.
I don't expect any reply, it would have been nice at the time to have had an apology or explanation. I sent photos to the customer service dept and didn't hear anything except a phone call from a man asking me to book the vehicle back in to sort out the paintwork.
