Booked online for an MOT, paying the fee upfront of £54.00. Turned up to be told that the MOT day was fully booked and I could not be done. Asked for a refund and was told that I have to fill a form in online. Did this to receive an online message to say I would be contacted shortly. Not good enough. Phoned head office to be told that my refund would take 3 working days.
Halfords Autocentres are a joke. No automation linking in their workshops to online booking system. I am now out of pocket and have to find the money for a MOT elsewhere.
