:-( :-( :-( :-( :-( They do on your car whatever they really want not what they said when you do the quote. All the installation is done without rust inhibitor. Hose under the car are not protected, (exposed to any debris in the road) They brake a button that hold the floor matt and lost as pen holder on the dashboard (didn't sorry). They place the filling point in the easy way for them not where they said (cheaper) The filling point also it is expose when you are reversing. If you suggest to change the position for the filling point they will charge for it But don't want to give you a quote. The guy wasn't nice at all discussing a solution for the filling point, lets say he was rude and aggressive. Customer service from 0 to 5? let say -10 Customer service from 0 to 10? let say -20 I'd rather dispense with the guarantee than go back to this guys again.

Having Ecotec install an LPG conversion has been the worst decision in my life – it has been a nightmare - they have been an ABSOLUTE DISASTER – they created HUGE faults on the wiring loom of my car – then cut through some of the loom trying to trace the problem they had created – then they They then managed to burn out the ECU- and the M.D. tried to claim that the damage was 'which is due to a pre-existing fault '- you never know what's happened before' – that is completely untrue been any work done on . They have never sent me any written replies, when I gave them a deadline for reply they only replied 2 days LATE and only verbally! All this deception, avoidance and complete lack of consideration affected me adversely and I was worried that my car, which had been delivered to them in PERFECT condition would be utterly RUINED – they appear to be incapable of achieving a satisfactory fault-free installation and seem not to care at all about the damage they do to a vehicle, my lovely car is STILL undriveable because of the damage they have done I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use them again and would urge potential customers to avoid them like the plague. They seem totally inept and cynically evasive. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T, DON'T USE THEM!!!!!

I had lpg "ecotec" with life warranty installed by them 2 years ago. If I can go back I would avoid this company especially manager Mr Raza. The system is not too bad but the lpg installation is absolutely pure. Just problems problems and problems and again problems due to lack of installation. (So many Vacuum leaks , misfire, misfire and misfire) If you have problem they don't answer the phone or they don't have a time or mechanics. If you don,t mind to give your car to someone who has very far from professionals than go to them. You may save £150 but you will get mad later . PS: LPG is great but it has to be installed by someone who know what is doing. Sorry Ecotec but I will avoid you for the rest of my life even I have your " LIFETIME Warranty" Just VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the ectec system installed last November, it has worked absolutely fine no issues. The switch over between unleaded to gas is seamless. Rezza the owner has been amazing, a pleasure to do business with. Have recommended ecotec to a couple of work colleagues already. Overall a very affordable conversation and great customer service

Had 2 cars converted with them. First was having from time to time problems with diferent types of lpg (shell, bp, flogas) they couldnt set it up properly. then brought second car coz of this, converted it with them ( i know i shouldnt) same thing was there 6-7 times , questionable kit instaled, car undrivable, misfiring, not aloved to turn aircon on coz cars goes mad ( on petrol works all good) and now they not picking up phone , says they shut for refub till 6th june (today 9th they still not open) if they ever open try to awoid those jokers. Im looking for new trusted instalers and servicing lpg. Such unprofesional instaler bet they paid in pocket to get licence

After buying my pride and joy a Mercedes Benz SLK 200 Kompressor 2005 I decide to convert the car to LPG. I look on the internet for the best deal and end up with Ecotec, cheap and life time warranty for parts and labour. With this in mind I book and took my car to their garage in London. They didn’t seems to remember my booking, but they offer me a courtesy car and told me the car will be ready in a day or two. The guys were very helpful, we discus where the fuel gage will be install, what thank and where will be fitted where the filling port will be put. Also they explain the consumption, loss of power on LPG so no surprise there. After they finish the conversion (some technical problems with my specific model, which they been dealt in the most professional way) I pick up my car and all was just fine. Come back after 1000k for my first service and off I went. I had only one problem with the map and had to come back, they fix that in less than 5 minutes. I have 2 months on LPG and very happy, my car averages 12.5l LPG on 100km. I do a mile with 14p (use to have a smart roadster and with that I was doing a mile with 13p). Do I recommend Ecotec and their team? YES I do.

After some searching around on the web I finally decided to take my car to Ecotec Autogas to have an LPG conversion. Not only were they the cheapest but they also offer a lifetime warranty that includes parts and labour. I have had previous cars with LPG before so I knew what I was looking for. All the questions I asked in an email were answered promptly and satisfactorily. They took one day to fit and complete the fitting but also supplied me with a courtesy car. After 1000 miles I had the free check up done and needed a few minor adjustments made that I'd requested.Everything was done professionally and without fuss. If you want to halve your fuel costs and have it done in a very professional manner then I highly recommend Ecotec.

They fitted the latest system. I have been extremely happy with it and they have been professional in all my dealings with them. They give a lifetime warranty which includes any work needing to be done for free which is invaluable.

Yes it did. I took it back and when they hooked it up they told me it was a car key problem. You can take it back and get it checked. Mine has come on intermittently since so I just take one of the battery terminals off and it resets the light. Let me know if Eco find a different problem.

A mechanic friend of mine had a look at the fault code and it said :fuel metering too lean ,he said that they should change the 02 sensor settings to make the fuel feed not too lean or too rich just in the middle, ive done 750 miles so far and apart from that had no problems, another 250 then I ll take it for the first service and see what they say

That's not a bad idea especially as you have the fault code. When my fuel filter needs changing i'll get them to check mine again.
