I had managed to ding my car reversing my caravan and also in a multi-storey carpark. Three wings out of four had minor paintwork damage.
The person I dealt with who was pleasant, informative and courteous came at the time he said he would, examined my vehicle and gave me an instant estimate. He completed the work within two hours and my car looks like new again.
Some visitors later in the day could not see where the work had been done. How much better could it be?
Due to poor mobile 'phone reception my debit card could not be used so I wrote a cheque and received an emailed invoice later the same day.
As the experience was a one-off, I cannot judge whether I was given value for money, but I'm happy.
