Petrolheads hate the Dog & Lemon Guide because the Dog & Lemon Guide tells the truth. That guy who writes it is a mechanic by trade and publishes all the ugly stuff that you never read about in shiny car mags.

My friends that have bought the cars that the Dog & Lemon Guide recommends have all had a good run. Several of my friends ignored the advice in The Dog & Lemon Guide, and have regretted it since.

Truth hurts and people who tell the truth aren't very popular, but it's still true.
