Beware all the sneaky charges/No customer skills

Went to this company as my credit was poor so not alot of options
All seemed well until one day when my direct debit bounced then i had some snotty office worker ring me and threaten to come and repossess the vehicle
I complained about this individual and nothing was done

I had 2 loans a vehicle loan and a Booster loan whatever that is both are secured on the same vehicle and they come out as 2 separate amounts

When the direct debit bounced i cancelled it and since that day 2 years ago i have paid online using their own online payment tool....BIG MISTAKE as they say it takes too long to reach their account so every month even though i have been paying on the due day they have been charging me a late payment fee!!
Even with a direct transfer I receive late payment charges even though i can prove the payment hits their account as soon as i press send
The booster loan is still on direct debit and is fine
Customer service is a big NO NO as well as they will not listen and talk over you all the time
I will be paying up my loan and refusing to pay these sneaky charges and hopefully they will take me to court
Avoid this company like a big pile of steaming dog poop as they are the worst finance group ever
They ring you the same day the payment is made to ask you why you havnt paid even though it is not late
i would say that is Harrasment!!!!
