Wish there was an option not to choose a star as they aren't worthy of one. This company claim to set up a direct debit for you but don't allowing you to default on your payment and ruin your credit rating. They will then call a WEEK later to let you know that this has happened. They also, in this day and age, are unable to change your direct debit date. Their suggestion is to default on a payment, pay them double and then set up a new date. Whaaat!!! Please do not use!!!
