It was a terrible mistake dealing with agent, she completely ignored what was instructed, and acted arbitrarily, no answer to calls thereafter, upon enquiring over email she stopped responding.

I didn't expect to be approved, just played with the application and submitted. Recieved a call and email from their staff and did not stop until I answered, then ask for details. Next call and email I received, CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE APPROVED. More than the amount I've expected. And they helped me throughout the process, they can even arrange the shipping to your place. Hi, i dont think you do help those who have bad credit. I have applied with you guys previously and was declined. yes i have bad credit and i do have payment arrangements made. still didn't help me get a loan. You need to be aware of what you advertise especially when you don't provide to certain customer's.

This was my second application with CF2U which was completed with no problems. We were able to consolidate the balance of our existing vehicle with the balance of the new and bigger family vehicle (less trade in) with repayments that were still manageable and affordable. What i particulary didnt like is that you claim to help those who have been refused from other places and yet this is not the case. Please do not give false pretenses to people who ask for your help when you know too well that most applications will never get your help. The only help you are giving us is a paper chase that leads to nothng. So please employ some people who have customer skills and know how to talk to people properly without some casual sounding not thrilled "yeah bro hick". Who sounds like he needs more schooling. Thanks for nothing and yes i just love my new invisible not!! car yeah bro Lol :(

It's a pity I am not allowed to name staff members, because the particular staff member that dealt with our application was AMAZING!! he was attentive, polite and went the extra 100 miles!! We were declared bankrupt a few years ago due to a series of things and we were released in Feb 2013 so our hopes of owning our own car was less than slim it was anorexic but CarFinance2U really made it happen and we couldn't be happier! It was quick, hassle free superb service and amazing customer care! I'm a high maintenance customer and even if I phoned him 1000 times a day he remained polite and patient and in my books that goes a long way!!Thank you so much for making this happen for us!

Very friendly and very helpful they took me for a human being and not a chance to make a huge profit. Not as scary as I thought when I first applied and once they received my application I rang them and they were quick to get on the job and got me the best deal and with out charging super high interest like other finance companies. Give it a go and trust me you wont regret it.

We had had trouble getting finance elsewhere. These guys took all our details and came back to us within 24hr with an answer. They were efficient throughout the whole process and made sure we were aware of all the costs associated with the deal. Paperwork was sent to as soon as we found vehicle and settlement was within days of sending papers back. Would highly recommend these guys if you have ever had credit issues in the past.
