Hi,

Really don’t want to waste any more of my time pushing a complaint to your company, as I already raised my issue twice to the supports team, the first issue was resolved without actually being resolved so I had to open the second which I never heard anything else from.

Please don’t go with this bad credit company.
I went for it as an easy option but got messed about and pressured badly,

I ended up going through ‘moneywise’ Directly and have saved a lot of money doing that.

So before you go to car finance 24/7 make sure you just do the work yourself and apply for a few

You would be better off as car finance 24/7 for me denied with 4 lenders before they got me accepted.. that has damaged my credit score to nothing !!! But went to a car dealer myself they applied with money wise and I got accepted.

Bottom line don’t use 24/7! Really don’t care about their customers they just want their commission one way or another.
