I have complained for over a year now to vanarama regarding water egrees to the rear bed of my pick up and have had no satisfaction from Vanarama
Basically their customer complaints team have been less than helpful however Very nice!
They now want me to come out of my contract and out me into another contract but transfer my outstanding monies from the old to a new contracts Thus there way of dealing with my complaint

I haven't been able to use the vehicle for the purpose I bought it for
