Even though I had been with the company 18 months I changed vehicles was paying 871.00 per year for a 1.2 sporting seicento third party fire and theft. I changed to a bog standard 1.4 polo and it was £700 dearer. All other quotes were around 700 fully comp! Rang them to ask them to match or at least get bit nearer and was told no! would i like to cancel and go with other company oh and by the way it will cost you £500 to cancel! Absolutely C***. Needless to say i dont have that kind of money to keep throwing away at the company so i'll be staying till my year up in june and will be going with another company!!! Great price to begin with but defintely not interested in keeping customers clearly....
