I used the god awful company after getting a good quote from a price comparison website. I sent off all my no claims proof (something in 35 years I've 'never' been asked for) and to my horror, they increased my premium from £287 to a whopping £893.93. I called them and after waiting for an age on a premium rate line, I was finally told by an rude Scottish women that my No Claims arrived too late. I then told them I wanted to cancel and was told it would cost me a whopping £893 just to cancel. I eventually went through the financial ombudsman and managed to claw some of the money back. Avoid this company at all costs. Read all the reviews, not just this one. They are by far and wide the worst company of any description I have ever had the misfortune to cross swords with. I just wish i had read the reviews before getting tangled up with this awful company.

I agree, I got a really good quote in December 2012 sent my proof of no claims from my previous insurance company to which I thought was fine, I have since received a letter in April 2013 saying my premium has increased by £200 due to a claim they say is on the datadase for May 2012 which is false, I have since cancelled and gone back to my previous insurance company I am now expecting a large bill so I too will be contacting the financial ombudsman, please avoid them.

I just phoned them today as I still have not received my schedule despite taking out the policy last October!! I got a rude Scottish woman too, arguing with me on the phone.. An absolutely awful company!
