Every other company I've been with does. The option is not even available to include as an extra, however, you do not know this until you receive the policy wording, which of course you do not get until you take out the policy. You can not call them beforehand as they are an internet only company. When you try and email them for queries, it takes days for a response because they are not open AT ALL on weekends! Even the weekday hours are office times only! If you try cancelling the policy, five minutes after you've taken it out (because you've now realised you are not covered to drive other cars), they want a £25 cancellation fee! For having a policy 5 minutes??? Not like you're going to be making a claim in that time! Even a windscreen repair (not replacement) has an excess of £20! This should be free! Extremely disappointed in this company, they are as bad as ecar, and that's saying something!
