my payment was due out I forgot my password onto my account because I had 2 pence less than I needed it to come out of my bank account there is no way you can ring them to explain what has happened so I tried to get onto my account and tried to reset it had to wait 8 days for them to send me a email for my reset password before I new my policy has cancelled and cant get another quote or even pay it now its absolutely ridiculous I am discussed by this and have no car insurance to get to and from work they need to sort there systems out and if they take me to court ill explain to them then
