I have been receiving reminders requesting documents when the policy states I don't need to send any. The customer service personnel who took the call appeared inattentive and got the numbers and letters wrong a few times costing me unnecessary telephone cost. Finally she looked and found all documents in place and told me to ignore the reminders. What a waste of my time!
This is for a person who has been with this company for a year. No consideration oe and respect I felt. Sorry
