I was contacted after taking out a policy to suggest reducing my policy excess. [name removed] insisted there were no charges or fees and that it was simply to offer me the best policy. I said it seemed too good to be true that you were offering me a reduction in my excess at no extra cost but again I was told there are no fees or charges. What a surprise then that I then get the paperwork only to be advised there is a 12% fee! There is no way of logging on to this site to get the sales calls stopped. Next time I receive a call you will be told in no uncertain terms to get lost. I can't wait for this policy to end, only another 11 months to go... Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. From the minute I submitted my details and committed to the sale, I then saw what a bad choice I had made. Everything seemed dodgy and I felt very uncomfortable with my choice. Will not renew with this company and would advise others to avoid at all costs.
