Pretty good so far.

I've been with Octagon for a while now, when I found their quote I was on Compare the market I think, they came out top, so I visited their website which to be honest is nicely laid out and very easy to understand. I see you can also claim and ammend your details through it.

Shortly after I bought the insurance, for £380 fully comp with ALL the extra's like legal cover, key and window replacement, uninsured driver promise and vandalism protection. I had a phone call from them, I spoke to an advisor who was very friendly, and welcomed me to Octagon and fully explained the the breakdown of my cover, what I'm entitled to and what I can expect.

I had never had a phone call like this from any insurer in my 30+ years of driving.

I will say, that I have had a positive experience, although I have never claimed so I don't know what they'e performance will be in that event. But when people look for reviews they'll generally find bad ones, because people don't normally take the time to write positive ones, only when they feel they've been done wrong by a company. But on this occasion I would recommend them.
