Would have given NO stars if poss

ATROCIOUS service! DISMISSIVE employees!BACK STREET SHAMBLES!!!!!!!!!
I had a RTA on 10th Nov (Which was not my fault) - I'm insured with Markerstudy (via a brokers, not choice). Now, Markerstudy agree I'm not at fault, yet will do nothing at the moment, their non-fault claims team wont take on the claim because ''there's a chance it may get disputed'' - OKay, so they agreed with me I'm not at fault but won't make any contact to the 3rd party insurers - yet I pay a premium for a service that I am not getting! They are terrible! At the end of the day if they agree I'm not at fault & I pay them to represent my insurance (fully comp with all legal cover etc) if the 3rd party dispute it, it's Markerstudy's job to fight & fix it.
It's now the 6th Jan & I'm no further forward, my drivers door is mangled & I have to access my car from the passenger door!!! It's a JOKE! They are so dismissive & unhelpful. Since this I have let as many people I know to stay away from Markerstudy & will continue to do so!! DO NOT USE! IF YOU SORT INSURANCE THROUGH A BROKERS & FIND OUT IT'S THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY THEN USE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL & DO SO!!!! TRUST ME, ITS WORTH THE EFFORT OF CANCELLING & SWITCHING THAN GETTING STUCK WITH THEM USELESS AND MONEY PINCHING !!!
I have been driving 7yrs & have never had such an issue with an insurance company as I have with these...
AVOID !!!
