Beware section 14. If your car is totalled and you buy another car but insure it with another company the friendly villains at Halifax will demand full policy payment even after it is cancelled. This is even when it is a no fault claim on the other party.

They are an absolute nightmare to deal with, but looking at other experience I think I got off lightly.
