OK so nobody likes getting van insurance and I have spent the whole week sifting through various van quotes and insurance brokers.
In summary what I like about Chaucer:
1-UK call centre based in Kent - the person I spoke to was lovely and made everything so easy
2-not an Insurance broker so you KNOW that your insurance is with Chaucer and the "real deal"
3- offer missing key cover which does not affect your no claims bonus
4 - VERY reasonably priced and included courtesy vehicle and legal protection

I am very cynical about insurers but was very happy with Chaucer - give it a go :)
