I took out insurance with esure and subsequently was run into by another driver (their fault not mine) in October. Since this date I have had my car repaired and paid my excess as requested although esure have failed to chase up the other party and 4 months later I am still out of pocket. I have phoned esure over 9 times and they still have not dealt with it. All they say is that the claim will probably be settled 50/50 despite it not being my fault.
