ECar insurance is an on-line only company, who wanted an extra £128 because I changed my car!

This was on a Toyota Starlet worth nothing, 11 months to go on the policy. It was cheaper to cancel the policy and go elsewhere.

Now they saying they won't refund on the 11 months because I can't return the certificate, the certificate they didn't send to me because they're an on-line only company!

Avoid, even if they're the cheapest
