After being a customer for many years, i recently added our son to the policy only to find that when the documentation came in that he was not covered. After calling the customer service helpline they admitted that they had agreed to insure him, however that was an error & that they were now not able to insure him. The great thing is that no one in any senior position will speak to me, so the poor guy manning the phones has to make all the excuses. They are terrible & have just lost a customer
