i arrange everything for my wife, always have done, she is now 53 and deaf/hard of hearing, so can not use the phone, i took out the insurance for her no problem, but when it came time to renew they wouldn't speak to me, no has to be policy holder, i say, but she can't use the phone, i just want to renew, they said no, i said usually you ask me a question, she is standing here, i will let her answer in person, this is always accepted by every organization i have ever dealt with, dvla, bills, credit cards, holiday insurance, council, you name it it's fine, as long as she is there and answers herself, i am disgusted they would not help at all, i asked for supervisor, sorry i can't do that, so what do we do now? sorry i can't tell you, you are not the policy holder, now i was getting wound up, ok cancel the policy from now, 3 weeks left but i am not now renewing i am going elsewhere, sorry can't do that, ok i'll just let it run out, i asked is this an auto renew? sorry i can't tell you that! so how do i cancel the policy then so it's not just taken out of my account, you have to get the policy holder to write a letter, odd? anyone can write a letter and say it's her, sorry but i can't deal with you, goodbye. clunk. i will never ever use coop again for insurance and am actually thinking of never setting fot in their stores ever again i am so annoyed. if i could give minus stars i would!
