All insurance companies are interested in is getting your money, then when it comes round to making a genuine claim they find some feeble excuse so as not to pay out, and the Co-op are THE WORST at this game.

It's the same with their house and building insurance policies, totally worthless. Fifty years ago the Co-op was a reputable company to deal with, now it is run by rogues. The reason their premiums are so low is because they never pay out, they would rather make some lame feeble excuse. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs, and if you think the Ombudsman can help you, forget it because the insurance companies pay backhanders to the Ombudsman merely for the Ombudsman to reject claimants. All part and parcel of our corrupt, money grabbing society created by Thatcher back in the 80's
