I called with a renewal enquiry and spoke to a very helpful and polite advisor called [name removed]. I had found a cheaper quote by entering all of our details again. As it was the evening the "underwriters" were not available. He assured me he would call back at a pre-arranged time, which he did, he along with his colleagues had been able to match the cheaper quote. I have worked in a call centre before and I know the type of service that I expect from customer service which is high. I really don't think that [name removed] could not have exceeded my expectations anyone, he was professional, courteous and very very helpful. If all of his colleagues are this good then the companies training team must be very good.
