Cancelled our renewal via the on line forms & also by telephone after a sky high renewal quote then went on holiday. Returned to find premiuym had been taken from our bank account although no new policy documents had been sent either hard copy or e-mail. Rang to sort it out & was told to return the new policy documents which were non existent & money to be returned in 3-5 days. Ten days later & still no money in account Barclays have flagged it as a fraudulent transaction & even this morning Bell are saying 3-5 days to sort it out. Still haven't received proof of no claims either......DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR IT'S ASSOCIATES ADMIRAL & HASTINGS!!!!
