Phoned to cancel my car insurance as the renewal price was so expensive, they said only can be cancelled by email so emailed cancellation a week before insurance ended. They still renewed and now want £95 and will pass to a debt recovery agency.

With out doubt the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.

They are terrible. They messed up my payments, told me it would be fine, messed up again and as I couldn't pay them the LOT in one go (never agreed to pay my insurance in one go!) they cancelled my Insurance! They now want £95 for the pleasure! I'm so upset.
