Tried to obtain an online multi-car quotation... 15mins of online form filling then a page saying I had to call the call centre as I had altered the quote details. Did this, listened to the usual long diatribe then selected the option 1 only to have the line cut. Called again and selected option 2...long diatribe then line picked up by call centre who insisted they needed my details for security before passing me over, presumably to option 1 operators. Put on hold for 5 mins.... ENOUGH! Aviva will have the business.
