Admiral insist on a black box being fitted so I allowed it to happen even although I could see it was not done professionally, I changed my car so they said that they would come and fit a new one to it so I told them I did not want it and they said that under the policy it had to be fitted, so I told them only if it was fitted correctly would I be satisfied I would not allow them to come and bare back wires solder in a unit then just put tape around it for insulation as in my opinion it is not safe I said that they should use heat shrink as any professional would do, well he has just arrived and was going to use pvc tape for the insulation and I told him that it was not safe so he decided to leave so now I am waiting for a call from Admiral to see what excuses they have now
