“utter shambles”

from losing paperwork to issuing documents with wrong wording. they claim to charge 50 pounds when leaving them, it was on their paperwork they posted to me, but when I read it, it wasn't and had to argue and copy and send my papers for them to agree. never again will I use such a disorganised company. Aviva have undercut them and have such a better manner and review panel.
