I would not touch this company with a barge pole. They got my car registration number wrong in their system. Don't know why as I put in all details correctly and cross checked before submitting. Anyway, asked them to amend and send me the amended policy. This has not come even after repeated phone calls. They keep on sending the errorneous document. Each phone call gets through only after 10 minutes of wait. Suffice to say they may be cheap, but are totally useless.
