TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY

When i rang the AA to ask for a quote back in Apr 2016, i made sure to tell them the i wanted the perk added to my policy to drive anyone's car. I was told by there agent that because i was 24 years old, i would have to wait until i turned 25 then i could add it to my policy. This week i turned 25 and rang them up to get the add on to my policy. I was told that the company do not add on any perks once the policy has been taken out. Now keep in mind the only reason i went with the AA is because they offered this perk and for the previous 2 years i have been insured with Liberty Insurance which give this as standard with their policies. While i was shopping around for the best deal back in April i found other insurers that were a lot cheaper then the AA but didnt offer the drive anyones car perk.

Now their Agents have told me that they have listened back over the calls with me and they definitely didn't say that????? Why would i have gone with the AA in that case?? This is incredibly irritating and require me to possible change insurers.

THEY LIE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR JUST TO SELL A POLICY BUT REFUSE TO ASSIST WHEN YOU NEED IT. i WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE LOOKING FOR CAR INSURANCE TO SEARCH ELSWHERE.
