In my daughters hour of need, we called out the breakdown company, gent arrived was rude bad mannered and said that he could not fix the vehicle, said we needed to take it to a garage but would not assist in any way, until friend arrived. would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Disgraceful,

surely a rude breakdown company person is not the fault of the insurance company? They contract out to local breakdown companies, they don't employ a fleet of breakdown vehicles.
