I waited in a long que today, which began to build my stress, Thank god for the friendly greeting and instant apologetic answer to my call. I have been with this company for 3 years now. Customer services is always fast and helpful,i changed my address and car within 3 minute. When i changed my home insurance the call was answered instantly but telling them the change of details took 45 minutes. The lady even gave me a call back in the afternoon to confirm my new certificate had been sent to my email address, which it was.

This is exactly what would be expected from the lowlife callhandlers and management at 1st Central. THIS IS THE WORST - WORST - WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
