Great staff who are friendly and courteous but leaving car back is a pain. You have to park in the car park walk into terminal to the desk and then go back out to the car with one of the representatives. For god sake set up a kiosk in the car park and do all from there. It is very time consuming when running late for a flight.

Our team keep trying to be maxim efficient for our customers during the booking process and after that. Usually the procedure takes not more than 15 minutes. The arrangement of airport location requires the vehicles to be park at specific place and walk to the airport which is a minute away.
