Went in booked a car for next morning took my details from photocard licence, went back next norning did all the paper work paid by card, then the manger says your card licence has expired. And they can't hire me a car, I asked for a refund and they said I need to email the head office about but it's unlikely they will refund me due to the licence mistake was my fault and against their terms and conditions! Not having time to argue I went round the corner to enterprise car hire told them what happened and gave me £100 off the advertisedprice and I drove out in 15 mins in a Nissan pathfinder for £150 for three days.

Lol it was your fault though I wouldn't of gave you an refund either you as a customer provide the papers so you should make sure there up to date.
