The service that we received from the team was above and beyond. We were met at arrivals and went directly to the car that was waiting for us outside. As soon as we met the representative, it took us 10 minutes to check the paperwork, make sure the car seats were secure and we were on our way. So smooth and easy. On to the car seats, these were of excellent quality and provided with easy. The car was a new car and in excellent condition, clean throughout and ready to go. The drop off of the car was just as easy, we were met at the departures drop-off point. We emptied the car and strolled in to the building and straight to the departure desks. Highly recommend this company for your rental in Bulgaria.

we rent 2 cars in july this year and got a great service ,profetional and with a smile!! they explained everything we needed to know and with great patiance. the cars were in a perfect condition and the price was the best we could find. i recomend it very much !! and definatly come back.

They also go by the name SikonGroup. Yasen is lovely, met us at the airport on time. As agreed we got a manual Fiat Tipo in a great condition. Their prices are the lowest I've found in Sofia and Include full insurance cover without a deductible (and no credit card deposit!). The service is great and Yasen answers WhatsApp massages within minutes.

Excellent company with great service. He is a lovely man, was waiting for us on time at the airport, despite the short notice. The car was equipped with three child seats, winter tires, winter chains and magnetic roof rack (for ski), and with no extra charge. The price was very good.

I got a great offer for renting a car.  He was wating for us at the terminal exaxtly at the time of landing. Without noticing we was on our way. The car was like new - clean, without any problem. Yasin always served us with a smile and patience and even when we were late to the take off, he was wating for us without any problem. I will recommend to my friends for sure :)

Our car was delivered promptly to our hotel by the most charming man. He took our credit card details for a small deposit which was not taken off the card. We hired the smallest car and it was very new and spacious with ample boot space. It was also very economical. Our car was also fetched promptly and I would highly recommend this company for friendly, efficient and low cost service!

We have used Smart after our first hire had added 'out of hours' euros added to the bill! We regularly get the red eye and are met every time, the paperwork is simple and efficient and they even pay for the car park exit fee. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Well what can I say..... This is the second time I have used this company. The first time we used this company a friend dealt with hiring 3 vehicles. We were met at the airport in the middle of the night. We were all dealt with efficiently & taken to our cars. It was dark & raining heavily. We didn't have a clue how to get out of the city & the two gentlemen agreed to help . We followed them out of the city & proceeded until we were on the correct road. ( can't thank them enough ). This year we checked into a hotel after arriving late at night & had arranged for the car to be dropped off at the hotel the following morning at 10.15. The guy was sat in the lobby filling in the paperwork as he arrived 5 mins earlier to save time. As quick as a flash we were sat in the car. This time we had a sat nav & after showing us how it worked I asked if he wouldn't mind & direct us on the correct road & he drove out of the city for us where I took over. He then got a bus back! ( a bit nerve racking driving through a city even with a sat nav ! ) The car was great & performed effortlessly . ( I'm now confident enough to drive anywhere now ) I cannot praise this company enough. They go beyond of what you would expect. I know which company I will be using again next year. From a 110% happy customer !

Booked a car online with Smart Rent a car for two weeks in July.Have been to Bulgaria more times that I care to remember and have tried a number of car rentals, some better then others, but generally-much of a muchness. We were greeted at the airport and told that our car by choice was not available due to a breakdown. Immediately I thought 'here we go again!', but I was wrong . We were given an upgrade without any hassle.It was a new vehicle, cheap to run and a comfortable ride. He was very helpful an could not do enough to make us feel looked after. We used the vehicle for two weeks and had no issues at all. Suffice to say, we will use this service again. I had no hesitation to recommend the company to my friends and family, as well.
