Arrived on a delayed flight at Belfast International to be met with a closed office, tempered by a demand for £60 to re- open and provide our car ! Needing to get to bed we agreed.
Delivery was scheduled in twenty-five minutes. One and a quarter hours later we were called and asked "if we still didn't want the car". This was a different employee.
We'd been dumped for reasons that a week later are still unexplained. Sixt - local & national - have been asked repeatedly why customers were abandoned at 0130 .
Don't waste your money with Sixt.
Car Hire companies would usually agree that providing a car is minimum service. Not Sixt Belfast.
