The initial booking process and receiving a quote was very easy and starightforward however I started to feel slightly let down when I had to make last minute minor changes to pick up times and started being charged admin fees left, right & centre.
However the bus arrived on time to collect my delegates and although it was FREEZING on the bus (late Nov) it was fun to ride. Music was played although the choice of tracks was a bit random.
I was very worried that the bus was not going to collect us at the end of the night as I could not get hold of the driver or anyone when we wanted to leave our venue. I almost booked taxis as a replacement but luckily the driver rang me back just in time.
Overall, I would recommend this company however only if you're 100% sure of your plans so you dont get overcharged
