Booked car hire from Manchester airport. All inclusive rate stated on home page , but charged over 100 UK pounds extra for insurance when picking up the car for a 4 day car hire. (over 25 pounds per day!!) Excuse from customer service that not all quotes include insurance - even though websites say all including CDW, theft. licences etc. Not very fast at responding to complaints - Alamo check in desk just shrugged their shoulders as though this happens all the time booking with this outfit. (Not the greatest staff at Alamo Manchester airport must say.) Better buying from a company direct- used Arnold Clark on the next same trip and had great experience - would never book through Rhino again.
They need to advise exactly what to expect on pick up.
