Very satisfied with all aspects of our rental experience - from Internet browsing and booking, through arrival and collection. Bonus upgrade and the benefits of a brand new Volvo made our holiday sensational for us in the front seat, although back seat passengers had reduced window views. Drove like a dream and the navigator system was essential!!! Fitting luggage in the back was like a game of Tetris but manageable.
