I arrived to Dollar rent a car in Phoenix Arizona, & they didn´t honor the reservation. They argue that my driver licence is not issue in UK.
I call car-hire & they put me on hold for ore tan 30 min, after that car-hire ask me to wait 2 hours to see if they can do something with an extra charge. Of course I didn´t accept and I ask for a full refund. The told me that it will be made in 5 days.
After several pone calls and a lot of emails, they told me that they will refund the money in 28 days. Finally 31days later they made the refund and the charged me 3 days rent for cancelation.
These is a terrible service, you don’t have with whom to talk in car-hire, they don’t back up the service that we pay.
